Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delays: Orders may be delayed due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We DO NOT ship outside of the continental US and we WILL NOT ship restricted items to restricted states.
  • Certain products will have shipping limitations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unopened and Undamaged Items:
    Customers can email pictures of unopened and undamaged items to info@wickedtimestactical.com for review. If the item qualifies for a return, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
    • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale: All ammo, powder, primers, pepper spray sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Other non-returnable items include [e.g., perishable goods, custom products, sale items].

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at info@wickedtimestactical.com or through the “Contact Us” form on wickedtimestactical.com with photos for an initial review within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Ship Item: After receiving the RMA form, package the item securely and use your preferred shipping method to return it. 
  3. Refund/Exchange: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.

Warranty Information

We do not offer any warranties directly. For warranty-related claims, please refer to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty included with your product.If you need assistance with contacting the manufacturer or have any questions about your warranty, feel free to reach out to us.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Follow the same process as returns to request an exchange.
